The Manager, LMS/Learning Ops & Analytics is responsible for the effective operation, optimization, and analytics of learning platforms and learning operations that support DePuy Synthes' global workforce. This role ensures learning systems run reliably, learning data is accurate and actionable, and leaders have the insights needed to make informed talent and capability decisions. The position plays a critical role in enabling scalable, data‑driven learning across a global MedTech organization and directly supports workforce readiness, compliance, and continuous development.
Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
