The program emphasizes accelerated career growth, hands-on exposure to integrated operations, and development in sustainable agricultural practices, technology, and supply chain dynamics.

Formación

• Essential criteria: gender male up to 27 years of age; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• GPA minimum 3.0/4.0.
• Willing to be stationed across any Permata Group unit.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a 12-month MT program designed to fast-track leadership into strategic roles.
• Gain hands-on experience across core operations, supply chain, and sustainable practices.
• Receive mentorship and exposure to integrated operational units across the value chain.
