Hunter Douglas Bogotá invites you to the Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10-month leadership development track designed to immerse you in our business from day one. You’ll join a cohort of ambitious peers and work with leaders across the organization to gain real-world experience.

You’ll rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, paired with a Mentor, and complete a four-month capstone project before potential placement into a full-time role.

Formación

• To qualify, candidates must have an expected graduation date of December 2025.
• Must be fully mobile and willing to be on-site at one of our major locations throughout the program.
• Demonstrated leadership through activities, internships, clubs, or volunteer work.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, rotate across Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service areas.
• Engage with mentors and leaders, contribute to real projects, and deliver results.
• Complete a four-month capstone project and present to leadership.
