Mastercard is seeking a Lead Project Manager within the Strategy, Enablement & Transformation team. You will plan, develop, and execute project schedules, coordinate with global operations and internal stakeholders, and drive improvements across Finance, People and Capability, Law, Franchise, and Integrity.

Formación
- Experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects and program management.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and advise on streamlining for efficiency (Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication (written, oral, presentation) and people skills.
- Experience with project risk management, consulting, and strategic judgement.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Provide insights to enhance processes and tooling; support implementation best practices.
- Develop, run, and distribute status and progress reports to leadership and teams.
- Communicate project status to senior management and stakeholders.
