Hunter Douglas in Colombia invites applications for the 2027 Global Management Trainee Program (GMT). This 10-month leadership development track is designed to develop you into a future leader of the organization, exposing you to the culture, the industry, and real business work from day one.

You will be paired with a mentor, rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, and deliver measurable results on a four-month project.

Formación

• Candidates must have an expected graduation date of December 2025.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurriculars, internships, clubs or volunteer work.
• Must be fully mobile and willing to be on-site at major locations throughout the program.

Responsabilidades

• Three weeks of onboarding - local onboarding plus HQ induction.
• Five months of field training rotating through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service.
• One week of Leadership and Methodology training to prepare for the first project.
• Four-month individual project with measurable results and team collaboration.
• Capstone presentation to Leadership and subsequent full-time placement.
