Hunter Douglas is seeking candidates for the Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10‑month leadership development initiative sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team. Trainees immerse from day one, rotate across key functions and contribute to real projects while building a foundation for future leadership.

The program includes onboarding, field rotations through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product and Customer Service, plus a capstone presentation and a path to a full-time role.

Formación

• Expected graduation date of December 2025.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, clubs and volunteer work.
• Willing to be on-site at major locations throughout the program and tackle diverse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Three weeks of onboarding - one week of local onboarding at your designated hub location and zone.
• Global Induction at our HQ - introduction to strategy, culture, products, sales channels and problem-solving approaches.
• Five months of Field Training rotating through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, Customer Service with hands-on operations and project work.
• One week of Leadership and Methodology training to foster a unified system-thinking approach.
• A four-month individual project delivering tangible results as an active team member.
• Capstone presentation to Leadership, followed by placement into a full-time role after program completion.
