The Hunter Douglas Global Management Trainee Program (GMT) is a 10-month, hand-selected leadership development track designed to grow future leaders. Trainees rotate through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, with hands-on project work and a capstone presentation.

You will be aligned with mentors and leaders, relocate as needed to major locations, and transition into a full-time role upon program completion.

Formación

• Graduation expected December 2025.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, clubs, or volunteer work.
• Must be fully mobile and willing to be on-site at major locations throughout the program.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a 10-month Leadership Development program with rotations in Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
• Participate in five months of field training across value chain and daily operations.
• Deliver tangible results through projects and present a capstone to Leadership.
• Be placed into a full-time role after program completion in the first position areas.
