Hunter Douglas is launching a Global Management Trainee Program (GMT), a 10-month leadership development initiative designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into future leaders. Trainees join a mentor-assisted cohort, gain real work experience, and rotate across core functions from day one.

You will experience onboarding, global induction, and hands-on rotations through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service, culminating in a full-time placement.

Formación

• Leadership experience demonstrated through extracurricular activities, internships, clubs or volunteer work.
• Willingness to be on-site at major locations throughout the program.
• Interest in a multi-functional career and readiness to lead.

Responsabilidades

• Three weeks onboarding, including local onboarding and Global Induction.
• Five months of field training rotating through Sales, Supply, Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
• Four-month individual project with measurable results and a capstone presentation to Leadership.
