SLB in Bogotá seeks an HR Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, on-time payroll processing across local Colombia requirements while aligning with Brazil payroll practices.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, coordinate data with HR, tax, and finance, perform checks, and ensure compliance with SLB procedures and country legislation.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential for cross-border tasks; you will contribute to audits, reporting, and process improvements with a global team.

Formación

• Experience in Payroll Brazil.
• English (C1).
• Portuguese proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process end-to-end payroll as per SWI and local regulations.
• Coordinate with Transactions Analysts to capture payroll data accurately.
• Ensure payroll data interfaces into the payroll system before deadlines.
• Submit third-party payments including income tax and social contributions.
• Generate payroll reports for internal use and tax authorities.
