PowerToFly in Colombia is seeking a Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) to manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines, and collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver accurate payroll and onboarding experiences.

You will maintain payroll data in HRIS and payroll tools, supporting onboarding and offboarding and coordinating with local and international teams to ensure a smooth employee experience and timely
