You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding and collaborate with local and international People & Culture teams.

The role emphasizes accurate payroll execution, HRIS use (Workday), and a focus on employee experiences within a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full payroll cycle for LATAM employees.
• Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work with local and international People & Culture teams.
• Maintain accurate information in payroll tools and HRIS.
