TMF Group is seeking an HR Associate to support our HR Operations team in a dynamic, global environment. This early‑career role focuses on joining, moving, and leaving processes, employee records, and HR documentation, with exposure to international HR practices.

The ideal candidate holds a professional degree in a related field, shows strong English skills, and is eager to learn and use digital HR tools. A permanent contract offers growth in a multinational setting.

Qualifikationen

• Professional degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Good English, written and spoken (Mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with digital tools and HR systems.

Aufgaben

• Support daily HR administrative activities related to Joiners, Movers, and Leavers.
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining employee records.
• Update and manage HR databases and systems (e.g. SAGE).
• Prepare, amend, and organize HR documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, and letters.
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Generate HR reports as required.
• Assist with payroll input preparation and support other HR functions.
• Proactively manage assigned tasks using digital workflow tools; prepare requested documentation on time.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
