TMF Group is seeking an Integration Consultant to design, implement and maintain HR and ERP integrations. You will work with APIs, REST/SOAP, and data workflows, collaborating with global teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong SQL, XML/XSLT skills, and experience with HCM/ERP platforms. A multinational, flexible environment offers growth and cross-border projects.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on integrations involving HCM and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Experience with REST and SOAP frameworks.
• Solid SQL and database management knowledge.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of XML and XSLT.
• Experience with one or more platforms: Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP CPI.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of TMF's Integration Services to clients.
• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on client requirements.
• Roll out new integrations and enhancements across global clients.
• Maintain mapping documentation for transforming client integration files.
• Ensure integrations meet country-specific requirements and platform changes.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
