Qualifications

• Education in HR/related field is preferred but not required.
• Internship or exposure to HR/recruitment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on career sites, job boards, and social media.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications; conduct initial phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Support senior recruiters with high-volume requisitions.
• Communicate with applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience.
