Binance VIP & Institutional Team is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to manage a portfolio of global institutional and VIP clients. The role emphasizes relationship building, client acquisition, and strategic feedback to product and service teams.

You will work within a global, remote team, travel for bespoke events when needed, and engage with high-net-worth clients and institutions in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years working experience in sales and client services with international background in banking, investments, FX sales.
• Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks and brokers.

Responsabilidades

• Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
• Expanding relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
• Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers.
• Analyze user behavior, identify needs, write key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with departments to provide optimal solutions.
