Assetara Limited is recruiting for a high-energy outbound specialist to drive lead generation for its global crypto/nft trading ecosystem. You will conduct extensive outbound calls to engage prospects, qualify investors, and schedule meetings.

Your role requires fluency in English and experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM. The position supports a remote-first, global team and offers a performance-based compensation model with a small base retainer and scalable commissions, plus expense

Formación

• 3+ months of outbound call center/telemarketing experience, preferably in crypto/finance.
• Fluent English with clear diction and confident phone presence.
• Ability to source contacts from social networks for cold outreach.
• Strong CRM skills and reliable remote work setup (internet, headset).
• Resilience, self-motivation and long-term network building mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and map fresh lead databases from multiple sources.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to global prospects.
• Qualify investors and book meetings/registrations.
• Log all interactions in Zoho CRM with accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or other messengers.
• Meet KPI targets, e.g., 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.
