Veta Virtual is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist to own multiple workstreams in a fast-growing fintech and cryptocurrency client environment. You will configure Salesforce Service Cloud, manage contact center and telephony integrations, and translate support data into actionable insights.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, Service Cloud preferred.
• Experience with a contact center or telephony platform configuration or roadmap ownership is a strong plus.
• Comfort building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar BI tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication with support, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud: objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation, permissions.
• Troubleshoot user issues; maintain data hygiene for CRM reliability.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and support tools; evaluate new Salesforce features.
• Own telephony/contact center roadmap: CTI integration, call routing, IVR; coordinate with leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Build and maintain dashboards on support metrics; provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Identify trends and flag operational issues from data.
