Assetara Limited is seeking a results-driven outreach specialist to generate leads for crypto and finance audiences. You will source leads, perform high-volume cold calls, present Assetara's ecosystem, and book meetings with qualified prospects.

You will log all interactions in Zoho CRM, follow up across channels, and share registration links via WhatsApp to drive conversions. A base retainer plus performance bonuses rewards consistency and closing results in a flexible, international team.

Formación

• Crypto client base is highly prioritized.
• 3+ months outbound call center/telemarketing experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable.
• Ability to independently source contacts from social networks.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and reliable remote setup.
• Highly self-motivated, agile, thick-skinned.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound sourcing from open sources (Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, crypto/finance forums).
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50–80 dials per day depending on hours) to engage global prospects.
• Present Assetara's product ecosystem, handle objections, qualify investors, and book meetings/registrations.
• Log 100% of interactions in Zoho CRM daily and track statuses across channels.
• Share personalized registration links via WhatsApp or preferred messengers to secure lead attribution.
• Meet KPI targets, aiming for 300 valid 1-minute conversations per month.
