Binance is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to lead AML/CTF initiatives and oversee client onboarding, escalations, and routine risk assessments. The role will require coordination with local and global teams to ensure adherence to international regulatory standards and internal policies.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in compliance within the crypto sector, strong data management skills, and a degree in Law/Finance/Management.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory functions.
• Experience in the finance crypto sector.
• Degree in Law/Finance/Management or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience with AML/CTF regulations and reporting.
• Ability to manage data effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain policies and processes in alignment with MLRO.
• Train and supervise teams according to MLRO.
• Handle and review client onboarding applications.
• Perform 4-eye due diligence process.
• Investigate escalations and document findings per policies.
• Coordinate with local and global Compliance teams and stakeholders.
• Provide clear compliance guidance across jurisdictions.
