Arches in Bogotá is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to connect US clients with the expertise they need. You will identify and engage the right experts for each project, managing outreach and initial screening to ensure strong fits.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, have a Bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of experience, and are comfortable working with US clients (early-morning meetings may be required). Experience with LinkedIn and basic research tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand client project needs and identify ideal expert profile.
Identify best-fit expert profiles based on industry focus, companies, departments, seniority, and expertise.
Source ideal expert profiles across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local recruitment platforms, internal databases, professional networks).
Reach out to experts via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to invite them to consult for clients.
Screen and vet expert candidates to assess expertise and experience before connecting with clients.
Schedule client-expert interviews and build relationships with experts for future collaborations.
