VISASQ/COLEMAN Bogotá is seeking an Expert Recruiter to build and recruit for a growing expert network. You will contact professional leads via outbound calls, text, and email, guide onboarding and vetting, and ensure profiles are accurate for paid consultation opportunities.

Join as a founding member of our Bogotá team. The role focuses on outbound engagement, with cross‑functional collaboration and a strong emphasis on compliance and integrity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and resourceful mindset.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, customer outreach, business development, market research, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound engagement to contact professional leads.
• Guide onboarding and vetting of professionals.
• Use calls, text, email and approved outreach methods for engagement.
• Verify experience and fit, ensuring profiles are accurate.
• Support recruiting through research and lead generation.
• Maintain compliance and integrity in outreach.
