Formación

• Business-fluent English for cold outreach, screening, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using LinkedIn and online tools to identify and qualify experts is a plus.
• 0–4 years of professional experience in business, research, or client-facing roles. Fresh graduates or early-career professionals welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Get smart on new markets and client needs to inform sourcing strategies.
• Source experts using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools across industries.
• Make initial outreach through calls, emails, and messages to engage potential experts.
• Persuade and negotiate to engage experts for projects and build trust.
• Conduct screening calls to assess expertise and fit for proposals.
• Adhere to compliance and data security policies in handling information.
• Meet daily and monthly KPIs for calls, outreaches, and expert confirmations.
