Fynity in Madrid is hiring a Global BDR Manager to build and lead a brand-new outbound function from the ground up. You will recruit the team, define playbooks, cadences and messaging, and own the outbound strategy across Europe from the new hub.

You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps, set ICPs, prioritize accounts, and drive pipeline targets. Fluent English is required; French/Spanish is a strong bonus as you guide multi-location growth.

Formación

• Experience building outbound BDR teams and playbooks.
• Strong leadership and coaching background.
• Proven track record of reaching or exceeding targets.
• Experience designing prospecting strategies and cadences.
• Familiarity with modern prospecting methodologies and tooling.
• Fluent English; additional French/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a new outbound BDR team from Madrid.
• Create scalable outbound playbooks, cadences and messaging.
• Define ICPs, account prioritisation and prospecting strategy.
• Own outbound pipeline targets, conversion and performance.
• Coach BDRs on cold calling, outreach, qualification and objections.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and RevOps.
• Use data to improve outbound performance.
• Establish high-performance outbound culture across European markets.
