OutboundView is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing startup in Colombia. You will own outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and help book meetings with B2B clients, contributing to a fast-paced sales engine.

A strong command of English, proven experience in cold outreach, and the ability to switch between projects quickly are essential. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM will help you win, learn, and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in B2B inside sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to jump between different projects and industries and quickly understand value props for each new client.

Responsabilidades

• Campaign design, testing, and implementation.
• Cold calling, email, and social outreach.
• Setting appointments and interacting with our customers.
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into Salesforce.
• Not afraid of cold calling.
• Being awesome.

Conocimientos

Strong written and verbal comms
