Auxis in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Network Operations Center Lead to guide a global 24x7 NOC team. You will oversee monitoring, incident escalation, and stakeholder communication across 60+ sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Peru and Paraguay.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in NOC/IT operations, 2+ years in a supervisory role, and solid ITIL knowledge to drive SLA compliance and KPI tracking.

Formación

• 4+ years in a NOC or IT operations environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing 24x7 shift-based teams and schedules.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a 24x7 NOC team across rotating shifts.
• Own the monitoring and alerting strategy for network devices, servers, and critical infrastructure.
• Manage end-to-end incident escalation, triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure SLA compliance, enforce SOPs, and track KPIs such as MTTD and MTTE.
