Auxis in Bogotá is expanding its ITO team and currently seeking NOC Analysts to manage and support our clients' operating system environments.

You will collaborate with our IT Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure top-tier system availability and performance. We require 1+ years in IT or technical support, hands-on Active Directory and Windows Server administration, ITIL basics, backups, virtualization, and English at B2+.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in IT, Technical Support, or Infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
• English proficiency at B2+.
• Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks, backups, and virtualization.

Responsabilidades
