Capgemini Engineering in Colombia is seeking a technically skilled network operations engineer to monitor services and manage incidents in a fast-paced telecoms environment. You will diagnose faults, coordinate with L2/L3 teams, and ensure service continuity for leading providers.

The role requires hands-on experience with monitoring tools and a proactive mindset, with strong communication and ticketing discipline to meet SLA/KPI targets.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a network operations, NOC, or telecom maintenance role.
• Hands-on exposure to monitoring and management tools in large-scale infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of transport network platforms and telecom infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Perform continuous monitoring of network and service platforms and manage alarms and events.
• Execute first-level troubleshooting and handle the full incident lifecycle from diagnosis to resolution.
• Support maintenance windows, changes, and post-change health checks with adherence to standards.
• Provide timely communication to customers and stakeholders and maintain shift logs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring incidents and supporting documentation.
