Auxis, a leading systems integrator, is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to provide technical leadership and support for client network environments in Bogotá. You will architect, automate, and optimize complex networks, mentor junior engineers, and oversee both cloud and on-prem solutions.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in networking, hands-on Azure and AWS experience, and are comfortable with 24x7 on-call rotations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• 6+ years of networking experience in data center, cloud, or related environments.
• Proven experience with large, complex server-based and cloud environments.
• Hands-on with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L3 troubleshooting for escalated data center and server operations issues.
• Design runbooks to maintain network performance and reliability.
• Coach and support engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Perform root-cause analysis to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of cloud and on-prem network solutions.
• Assist in client migrations and complex projects.
• Support sales through solutioning and executive presentations.
