SLB is seeking a Process Performance Analyst/Lead to join the HR Payroll team. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in line with SLB policies and country regulations, and drive improvements across payroll and related HR processes.

The role requires industrial engineering or related background, experience with Ariba/SAP ECC, and strong English and MS Office skills. Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana and Power Platform is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with Ariba Buying and SAP ECC.
• Process Improvement experience.
• English proficiency—intermediate to advanced.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge.
• Nice to have: SAP S/4Hana, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with opportunity identification, initiatives roadmap & documentation of the initiatives.
• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
• Help in tracking and reporting processes (KPIs).
• Conduct analysis of business processes to identify risks and issues.
• Document and maintain toolkits for initiatives in the implementation pipeline.
• Collaborate with the digital capability team for transformation initiatives.

The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required payroll processes and procedures, and for performing activities in strict compliance with SLB procedures, employment rules, manuals, policies and country legislation.

What Will You Do:

• Assist with opportunity identification, initiatives roadmap & documentation of the initiatives.
• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
• Helps in tracking and reporting processes (performance on agreed KPIs).
• Conduct analysis of business processes to identify risks and elevate identified issues.
• They help in documenting and maintaining toolkits for initiatives in the implementation pipeline.
• Works closely with the digital capability team for implementation of transformation initiatives.

• Position: Process Performance Analyst or Process Performance Lead
• Preferred educational background: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Key qualifications and skills:
  • Experience with Ariba Buying and SAP ECC
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Power Bi, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Nice to have: Project Management
