SLB is seeking a Process Performance Analyst/Lead in Bogotá to oversee HR payroll processes and drive transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure accurate payments, implement prioritized improvements, and monitor KPIs while leveraging SAP, Ariba, and MS Office tools.

The role requires industrial engineering or related degree, strong communication in English, and experience with SAP ecosystems. Colombia-based relocation and local compliance are considered.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in process improvement in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in English (intermediate-high).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required payroll processes and procedures, and for performing activities in strict compliance with SLB procedures, employment rules, manuals, policies and country legislation.

What Will You Do

The P&SC Process Performance Leads / Analysts work with the process performance owner towards the implementation of prioritized improvement initiatives, their deployment and adoption. They are responsible to maintain practical knowledge on how the services are operated in GBS, ensuring an effective feedback look on the identification and prioritization of improvements.

• Assist with opportunity identification, initiatives roadmap & documentation of the initiatives.
• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
• Helps in tracking and reporting processes (performance on agreed KPIs).
• Conduct analysis of business processes to identify risks and elevate identified issues.
• They help in documenting and maintaining toolkits for initiatives in the implementation pipeline.
• Works closely with the digital capability team for implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Position: Process Performance Analyst or Process Performance Lead
• Preferred educational background: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Key qualifications and skills:
  • Experience with Ariba Buying and SAP ECC
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Nice to have: Experience with SAP S/4 Hana
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Power Bi, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Nice to have: Project Management
