SLB is seeking a Process Performance Analyst/Lead to join the HR Payroll team. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll processing in line with SLB policies and country regulations, and drive improvements across payroll and related HR processes.

The role requires industrial engineering or related background, experience with Ariba/SAP ECC, and strong English and MS Office skills. Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana and Power Platform is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with Ariba Buying and SAP ECC.
• Process Improvement experience.
• English proficiency—intermediate to advanced.
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge.
• Nice to have: SAP S/4Hana, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with opportunity identification, initiatives roadmap & documentation of the initiatives.
• Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
• Help in tracking and reporting processes (KPIs).
• Conduct analysis of business processes to identify risks and issues.
• Document and maintain toolkits for initiatives in the implementation pipeline.
• Collaborate with the digital capability team for transformation initiatives.
