PRIMO is seeking an FTL Operations Supervisor (After-hours) to support our operations team and ensure service excellence across client and carrier interactions. You will manage escalations, lead meetings with the Mexico team, and coordinate FTL shipments for clients.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year leading teams or processes in 3PL/logistics; 6 months in client service.
• At least 1 year in Carrier Sales or load coverage.
• Experience working after-hours, overnight, or rotating shifts.
• Advanced English is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage escalations from clients and carriers.

• Provide updates to clients and present alternatives to optimize their experience.

We are looking for a driven and professional FTL Operations Supervisor (After-hours) to support our operations team and ensure service excellence across client and carrier interactions.

What you'll do:

• Manage escalations from clients and carriers.
• Lead follow-up meetings with the Mexico team to stay aligned.
• Design and present KPI reports to the FTL Manager.
• Lead 1:1 sessions and team huddles for performance management.
• Coordinate and manage FTL shipments for our clients.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to cover shipments.
• Follow up daily on shipments within the system.
• Provide relevant advice and updates to clients, keeping them informed and presenting alternatives that optimize their experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, international business, industrial engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience leading teams or processes in the 3PL or logistics industry. Within those 12 months, at least 6 months experience in client service roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in Carrier Sales or load coverage.
• Experience working after-hours, overnight, or rotating shifts.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Proactive, detail-oriented and analytic person.
• Enthusiastic to build a career within the logistics industry.
