Rhenus Logistics seeks a detail-oriented finance-focused professional to optimize revenue capture and GP analysis within international logistics operations. You will work with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to validate costs, ensure accurate invoicing, and support month-end close.

The role requires 3+ years in freight forwarding or finance, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency. Collaboration across departments and process-improvement mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, finance, billing, revenue analysis, or related role.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and cost structures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or Business Intelligence tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

What You Can Expect** : **

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics operations, shipment costing, billing, and Gross Profit (GP) analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost validation, and billing integrity across freight forwarding operations. This person will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve profitability, support financial closing activities, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Ensure all billable charges are accurately captured and invoiced.
