Max's Services USA is looking for a Billing Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia, to manage invoice processing for key logistics accounts. Strong QuickBooks experience and attention to detail are essential to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of high transaction volumes.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in billing for US firms and proficiency in written English. The position offers monthly compensation of USD $800 under a contractor agreement alongside stability in a team-focused environment.

At Max's Services, we're looking for a Billing Analyst to own the invoicing cycle for one of our key logistics accounts. You'll work daily in QuickBooks, processing a high volume of invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and working hand-in-hand with our Operations Coordination team to make sure every invoice reflects exactly what was delivered — no more, no less.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices for our logistics accounts.
• Record and reconcile billing transactions in QuickBooks.
• Validate services, quantities, and amounts before invoices go out.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies before they become errors.
• Communicate constantly (in writing) with the Operations Coordination team to confirm and validate information.
• Hold or flag invoices when something doesn't add up — and follow through until it's resolved.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks for billing/invoicing (required).
• 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable for US companies.
• Experience in logistics or transportation companies is a strong plus.
• Written English proficiency (B1/B2).
• Comfortable questioning, validating, and pushing back when information doesn't check out.
