Empresa Confidencial in Bogotá is seeking an Air & Ocean Freight Analyst to support execution and coordination of international shipments, ensuring service excellence and operational accuracy in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will track milestones, liaise with carriers and customers, prepare documentation, and help improve processes while maintaining compliance with trade requirements; a bachelor’s in logistics or related field and 1.5–2 years of experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics Operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and logistics processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor international air and ocean freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Track shipment milestones and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal procedures.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, customers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders.
• Support booking activities with airlines, shipping lines, and transportation providers.
• Review and maintain shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and air waybills.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact service levels or delivery timelines.
• Update transportation management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare operational reports and provide shipment visibility to customers and management.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade requirements.

Position Overview

This professional will be responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of international air and ocean shipments, ensuring service excellence, operational accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in freight forwarding operations, strong communication skills, and advanced English proficiency.
