Jobtailor is seeking a senior freight pricing lead to direct a specialized pricing team in Medellín. You will manage pricing strategies, monitor SLA metrics, and ensure high-quality quotes with solid margin logic across air, ocean, and inland segments.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel skills, and fluency in English to coordinate with global stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements within a shared services or BPO environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of freight pricing experience.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean & Inland.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent English language skills.
