Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner with exposure to Forex/CFD, iGaming, FinTech and B2B sales recruitment. This remote, Europe-based role offers a success-based remuneration model for filling live vacancies.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and delivering executive-level candidates to international clients across multiple markets. Ideal candidates have 5+ years recruiting, strong English, and established networks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (spoken and written) – essential.
• Minimum of 5+ years recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting revenue-generating commercial professionals.
• Proven international headhunting and direct sourcing ability.
• Established candidate networks across Europe, Asia, LATAM or MENA.

David Kennedy Recruitment is expanding and is seeking to onboard an experienced Freelance Recruitment Partner with strong exposure to Forex/CFD, iGaming, FinTech and B2B sales recruitment. The successful candidate will support established international clients with specialist commercial, management and leadership vacancies across multiple markets, working on a remote, success-based basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
