Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner for WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT development teams. You will translate complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, shaping our enterprise software footprint.

You will own the backlog, drive API and data interface integrations, and lead end-to-end testing and validation for supply chain use cases. A strong background in WMS configuration and Agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and ERP/TMS integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for WMS initiatives.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and external systems.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow tests for supply chain processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations.
