Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms.

You will own the backlog, coordinate API/EDI integrations, and ensure end-to-end testing, working closely with development, QA, and business stakeholders to optimize supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end‑to‑end testing to validate complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
