Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT teams, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. You will leverage Manhattan Scale and Active capabilities to optimize supply chain execution.

With 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6–8 years in Manhattan platforms, you will drive backlog, APIs, ERP/TMS integration, and end-to-end testing while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT enterprise applications in a large environment.
• Strong SQL and data querying skills.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP, APIs, EDI interfaces.
• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog, requirements, epics, and user stories for WMS solutions.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for supply chain scenarios.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.
