Heyjared is seeking a founding Business Development leader to identify and engage first customers in Eastern Europe from a remote setup. You will work with the founder to select target segments and define problems that customers are willing to pay for.

You will qualify opportunities, conduct discovery conversations, and translate learnings into actionable pilots and product direction, while maintaining an accurate pipeline and clear next steps for the team.

• Proven ability to develop customer or partner relationships, not just outreach volume.
• Ability to ask insightful questions and write clear follow‑ups.
• Ability to explain a product with founders and technical teams without exaggeration.
• Skill to qualify opportunities and walk away when there is no fit.
