Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own backlog and requirements, lead API/EDI integrations, and drive end-to-end testing across Manhattan WMS domains.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong SQL, and agile delivery experience, plus a CS/IT/SCM degree and relevant certifications. Excellent liaison with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
