Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and drive API/EDI integrations between Manhattan WMS and external systems.

You will also lead end-to-end testing and act as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, with 6-8 years in Manhattan platforms, strong SQL and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories and technical specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
