Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance or related fields, a proactive attitude, English proficiency, and basic Excel skills.

You will assist with invoicing, payment tracking, accounts payable, collections, data entry, reporting, and documentation, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, AP, or related fields.
• Studies or a degree in International Business, International Relations, Modern Languages, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support our financial and administrative operations in Bogotá, Colombia.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of experience in finance, accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), collections, or related areas. This role requires strong English communication skills, organizational abilities, and basic Excel knowledge.
