Perforum in Colombia is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Team. You will focus on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of transaction and cash flow reconciliations across our financial operations, collaborating with Accounting, Product teams, and external partners.

You will analyze data from multiple sources to build reliable reconciliation processes, support month-end closings, and help automate workflows to improve efficiency in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and intraday reconciliations of transactions and cash flows, ensuring data accuracy.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate reconciliation data for accounting purposes and collaborate closely with the Accounting team.
• Help build, improve, and automate reconciliation processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Work with data from multiple sources and systems to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Collaborate with Product teams to understand product-specific transaction flows and impact on finance.
• Support month-end closing activities related to reconciliations and financial data.
• Ensure reconciliation processes are completed accurately and within required timelines.

You will work closely with Accounting, Product teams, and external financial partners, combining finance and data analysis to build reliable and scalable reconciliation processes as our business continues to grow.

• Investigate reconciliation breaks, identify root causes, and resolve discrepancies, including manual adjustments in non-standard cases
• Prepare accurate reconciliation data for accounting purposes and collaborate closely with the Accounting team
• Help build, improve, and automate reconciliation processes to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency
• Work with data from multiple sources and systems to ensure consistency and completeness of financial information
• Collaborate with Product teams to understand product-specific transaction flows and how they impact financial operations
• Support month-end closing activities related to reconciliations and financial data
• Ensure reconciliation processes are completed accurately and within required timelines
