Lean Solutions Group in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our financial and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance or related fields, a proactive attitude, English proficiency, and basic Excel skills.

You will assist with invoicing, payment tracking, accounts payable, collections, data entry, reporting, and documentation, while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, AP, or related fields.
• Studies or a degree in International Business, International Relations, Modern Languages, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily financial and administrative operations.
• Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and accounts payable activities.
• Support collection processes and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and information management.
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as required.
