This role entails detailed record-keeping, collaboration with the Finance Manager, and compliance with local accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software is essential. Responsabilidades

• Record and maintain all daily accounting transactions for Canada and Colombia.
• Support the preparation and closing of monthly financial statements and related reports.
• Assist with tax compliance and filings under supervision.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across all ledgers.
• Monitor and record expenses, revenues, and vendor invoices in accounting systems.
• Support payroll and expense management processes.
• Assist multi-currency transactions and intercompany reconciliations.
• Contribute to budget tracking and variance analyses.
• Maintain audit documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with vendor payments and client billing; help set up Bogotá office systems.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support our financial operations primarily in Canada, with additional responsibilities related to Colombian entities. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and support for monthly closings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local accounting standards.

You will work closely with the Finance Manager and external accounting firms to ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and timely.

Requirements
