Job summary

Aceolution Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to handle supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records in Colombia. The role supports compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.

Responsibilities include invoice processing, 2/3-way matching, vendor data maintenance, and month- and year-end activities, while collaborating with Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Accounting.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Manage vendor master data and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Process payments through banking platforms and ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Colombian tax requirements.
• Prepare AP reports and assist with audits.
