Job summary

ABB is seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Colombia to align local strategies with the global product roadmap. You will implement marketing activities, support the Sales organization, and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations and training for busducts and low‑voltage panels.

Lead annual marketing plans, develop business programs, build strong customer relationships, and articulate the value and benefits of ABB solutions in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with busducts and low-voltage panels.
• Enhanced knowledge of low- and medium-voltage products.
• Passionate about technical activities, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Implement product marketing strategies aligned with the global product strategy.
• Support Sales with product knowledge and training to drive sales.
• Execute annual marketing plan and manage budgets; define and implement improvement plans.
• Develop business plans to drive development for defined markets.
• Conduct proactive promotional activities including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and educational material.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with target customers and stakeholders.
