A leading manufacturer of industrial systems is looking for a Field Service Engineer in Colombia. The role involves performing maintenance and troubleshooting on UPS systems, training customers, and requires significant domestic and international travel. Candidates should have an electrical engineering background and experience in field services. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in field services or similar roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot UPS systems and equipment.
• Experience providing remote support for international customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Train customers on the operation and maintenance of systems.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and promote Gutor services.
